From cereal grains to brassicas, to winter peas, soybeans, and clover. This mix will really shine in the South where it will provide highly attractive forage from early to late season. It's hard to go wrong with this much variety. A true composite mix of some of the most preferred cool season deer forages. In the North, this mix makes a great first half of your food plot plan providing attraction through the early and middle parts of the season but will likely slow down as you approach the late season. Excellent when used in conjunction with our Late Draw mix which is a cold hardier blend that will last through late season in Northern states. This one-two-punch gives deer plenty of options to choose from and can be a killer combo for concentrating traffic on certain plots early vs late season. Plant one plot in Early Draw and hunt there early season and another in Late Draw as a late season hot spot. Ingredients: Austrian Winter Peas Forage Oats Forage Soybeans Radish 2 Clovers How we formulated this mix: Forage oats and soybeans provides an excellent nurse crop and early growth to help establish radishes, winter peas and clover, all of which become highly sought after by deer as soon as temps start dropping and persist well into winter. A well rounded composite mix full of tried and true favorites well suited to the Southern half of the country or as a early season mix in Northern states. WHERE TO PLANT: Areas with full sun to partial shade. Best in medium-large plots.
