Fyizo FYZ-15-SW12 is built using the proven ANS2 Series design, created in collaboration with Cleveland Controls. This next-generation universal adjustable air pressure switch is engineered for residential and commercial HVAC systems, kitchen ventilation hoods, fryers, outdoor radiant heaters, pool and spa heaters, and many other applications. It provides broad compatibility and a simple, reliable solution for field replacement or new system installations. This model covers the 0.15” wc to 2.0” wc set point range, allowing one switch to replace dozens of individual OEM part numbers. Adjustment is fast and intuitive: turn the key on the cover with an Allen wrench and select the desired set point using the built-in scale. The switch supports positive, negative, and differential pressure sensing, making it highly adaptable across system types. The ANS2 design offers installation flexibility with a mounting pan that can be oriented in 16 different positions. It accepts multiple terminal configurations, including SPNO, SPNC, and SPDT, with three male 90° quick-connect spade terminals for straightforward wiring. The adjustment cover can also be removed when clearance is limited, giving the unit the same footprint as the legacy NS2 switch. If the cover is removed, the printed scale becomes invalid and adjustments must be made using a PVG and manometer. For kits that include accessories, installers receive a mounting bracket, orifices, and 3/16 inch ID silicone-cured tubing for easy setup. The ANS2 Series replaces the discontinued RSS Series and NS2 adjustable switches.
